海蜇熏蹄

 

This dish is a typical Cantonese style appetizer. I remember my mom ordering this every time we went to a Cantonese restaurant. As a kid, I didn't really like jellyfish, but as I grow older, I've come to appreciate its texture and briny flavor.

 

想吃海蜇头有一阵子了,最近找到家庭用的小包装,已经泡开了,非常方便。。。

海蜇头放进滚水稍烫,捞起泡进冰水,凉却后沥干,切成小段。买现成的橡木熏蹄片。小黄瓜,胡萝卜切细丝,用少许盐腌20分钟,冲洗干净沥干。

海蜇调味料 : 细盐,鸡精,砂糖,白醋,蚝油,生抽,麻油,葱花。

海蜇头加调味料拌均,腌30分钟后摆盘即可。

也是下酒佳肴。
