The Last Moment

We always frown at how long
the last minute of life could be
in the movies
They have to let the character talk
yet we also know we need time to shed tears
to absorb the stories of life
the movies have brought to us
In real life
the last second of life
could be so fragile
so sudden
and so helpless
that we couldn't even say a word
even we had rehearsed many times
Just like when we were born
we just came
everything from then on becomes our life
