美国联邦储备委员会调查结果拥有房子的家庭净资产比租客多36倍。




很多客人说不是不想买，在硅谷实在太贵，买不起。 孩子要上好学区，可是好学区房太贵。 其实可以在好学区租，在不是很好的区买也是好办法。  这边涨，那边也会涨。  去年Oakland 和 Vallejo 是湾区涨的最高的。我有一位客人前年和去年年初在Vallejo 买了3 栋房，都是低于20万，现在至少值30万。   现在网上购物，但运输太慢，很多网上商店开始建 仓库。有些仓库会在Tracy那里建，Amazon 就是其中之一。 所以我们觉得在Tracy投资也不错。在南湾，年轻一代喜欢新社区，将来新的condo会涨的更快的。 买condo也不错。 这是我们自己的看法,请读者跟据自己情况研究.
