1) 战略预警，提前行动！

出于利比亚的教训，美国人已经预见到也门内部问题很严重。战略性的判断并决断提前撤离。时间从一年多前就开始，并多次发出美国公民到也门旅行的风险警告！美国使馆人员是2月份撤离，特种部队也随后全部撤离

2）担忧恐怖组织利用撤侨混入美国制造破坏

基于几次美国几次大的恐怖袭击大多和回教移民有关，美国人肯定当心美国公民回到也门接受阿凯达恐怖组织的培训，利用撤侨的机会再次进入美国发动恐怖攻击。

3）中东局势正发生大洗牌，巴以为核心，石油为利益主轴的战略方向发生大逆转。回教内部教派的内斗，极端伊斯兰恐怖主义取而代之成为未来中东火药桶的主要导火索。
美国正在悄悄地从中东撤退。。。。

美国撤不撤侨这本来不是个事，被中国拿来宣传，跋高自己，才引起了注意。结果发现，人家早就把人都撤回来了，剩下那几个还在哪里待着的，都是自找的。 中国本想把这次撤侨当成宣传的大好机会，现在成了接露自己不顾中国人的死活，把他们往火堆了推，才会在出现紧急情况时，这么狼狈的撤侨。

第二点跟俺的想法一致。既然早就预警，领馆都撤了，不顾警告还留在那里的就相当可疑，除非是职业战地记者。
