七强年会小结

上周末的七强年会（人称G7峰会，实际上峰啥峰啊，现在成了照相的聚会。不过，还是七强），主要是欧洲事务，安倍煽动大家对抗中国，炒作南海时态【1】，连美国兴致也不高，估计奥巴马没有卡特那么猛（也许奥巴马是让卡特冲锋，自己则留一手，等奥习会上再做断定。看上去像是无能，实际上让卡特当打手，自己在后台当老板，任由鹰派说去吧）。奥巴马说“declaring the dangers of climate change an imminent threat to the state's economy”【3】，难道不是比南海还重要吗？要中国合作吗？

结果最后据说南海是提到了【2】，但象是个注记而已。

关键是欧洲自顾不暇。燃眉之急：（1）利比亚、中东北非难民潮；（2）中东极端伊斯兰运动；（3）希腊；（4）乌克兰。

我这么列是故意的，依其重要性而列。难民潮，数以万计的难民涌向欧洲，杀也不能杀，档也挡不住，欧洲是想了各种各样的法子，包括军事干预（连在中东都没那么下力气），但俄国在安理会上出难题，不让欧洲借联合国的名义用飞机军舰堵住难民。

中东跟欧洲接壤，极端伊斯兰运动，人员可以直接留到欧洲，对欧洲安全是个巨大的威胁。在中东，大家都要打，有不想动，欧洲除了法国英国积极卖武器，就是口号，沙特吵吵嚷嚷，却在逼美国老大出兵，希望用钱买个看家护院的。美国嘛，极端的嚷着“美国利益”，要干预，奥巴马则对先前的惨败记忆尤新，加上三心二意，不愿意被别人用钱笔者冲锋。结果，僵着。

希腊很微妙。一方面，从希腊可以看到欧洲是啥事儿也做不成。但是也许默克尔看起来憨厚，实际上算计也深。德国出口，世界第一，比中国高出一筹。希腊时间多拖一天，欧元就多贬值一天，欧洲出口就多得益一天。所以希腊的疼，适量转嫁到美国、中国那儿去了，奥巴马呼吁欧洲赶紧解决希腊问题，就是此意。欧日争相贬值，这笑里藏刀的毒招（有人非说是打击中国的手段，脑残），奥巴马已经是有苦说不出了。

乌克兰，唉，小菜一碟。伊核也轮不上。欧洲是打死也不会放弃中国这个市场的，如果乌克兰伊核都不是啥事儿，谁还提南海啊？
