我的瑜伽

大概十几年前,我一个朋友就跟我说瑜伽的好处。我不相信,并且把这感觉表现了出来。人家都懒得跟我计较。

前几年我开始做。老师是个30出头的年轻女子,她特别认真,尤其擅长指导我们做呼吸练习。每次课结束前的放松,很多人能被催眠入睡,包括我。我觉得很神奇。

去年开始我跟现在的教练。是个印度白人,年轻应该很漂亮。76岁,身手不凡。她是60岁退休之后开始开班,到现在人越来越多。这些动作我大多数没问题,我多数时间想的是我70多岁能做几成?

班里很多印度女人。那些活泼的,我以为人家30多岁,其实60多了。有个老些,全身上下一点皱纹没有,我以为50多,其实70了。我这眼神…主要因为我近年很少仔细照镜子,总以为自己还20多…

瑜伽给我最大的收益是认识自己的身体,原来,经过努力锻炼学习是可以做到那些本以为高难不可及的动作。你在跟自己比,只要每次努力一些就是成功。还注意到以前不关注的器官和部位,它们也是组成你身体的一部分,需要你自己的爱护和珍惜。

缺点就是运动量不足,我用其它运动和劳动弥补。还因为坐得比较久,不利于消除腹部脂肪。
