易上手的加拿大甜品_香蕉Muffin

加拿大不产香蕉,却有经典特色甜点_Banana muffin:

 

它制作简单,只分干料和湿料。把两料一混就可以上炉烤了。

预热烤箱F400度;

干料:1又1/2杯 面粉,1杯燕麦片,1/2杯糖,1茶匙baking soder, 2茶匙baking powder,1/2茶匙盐。

湿料:1个鸡蛋,3/4杯牛奶,1/3杯椰子油(色拉油),两个大(或三个小)熟透的香蕉打的泥。

各自混好后,再将干料和湿料混合均匀。

400F烤18至20分钟。

 

 

还可以加核桃碎:

 

Banana Muffins Recipe:

1 cup (115 grams) walnuts or pecans

1 3/4 cups (230 grams) all-purpose flour

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar

1 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

3 ripe large bananas (approximately 1 pound or 454 grams), mashed well (about 1-1/2 cups)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
