今天跑了2迈

今天起来后先做了43分钟逾迦, 然后休息一个小时上网玩.

然后以2%高度4迈的速度开始慢跑, 原想跑5分钟走2分钟的, 结果看电视入迷忘记了跑了8分钟,也不累, 就想继续跑吧.

跑到15分钟的时侯就想: 看看能不能跑个5K, 因为越跑越不累, 脚好像麻木了没感觉. 但跑到28分钟的时候左边的髋关节有点痛, 得, 不能为了好强搞出坐骨神经疼, 所以跑了2迈就停了.

很为自己满意, 这可能是我大学生活后第一次跑这么久, 那时我每晚都出去操场跑8圈的, 后来除了早上集体出操再没跑过.

一直以为年纪大了怕跑了伤漆关节疼, 过两天看看如何, 如没大碍再继续, 可以坚持的话, 每周跑3次5K.

先为自己小小的骄傲一下.
