“口臭”居然看心理科 原来是焦虑引起的

年轻的帅小伙小张(化姓)总是戴着大口罩,和人说话经常用手捂着嘴,在同事和朋友面前成了怪人。这都是因为他的“口臭”,可事实上他的口腔并没问题,是想多了。

两年来不愿与人多说话 因为“口臭”

两年前,刚刚大学毕业的小张和所有的毕业生一样开始紧张地找工作,在一次面试中他看到面试官用手捂鼻子,这让他更加紧张了,还怀疑是因为自己有“口臭”面试官才会做出那样的动作。从那以后,小张总担心自己的“口臭”会呛到别人,平时总爱戴着大口罩,变得不愿意多说话,刻意回避与别人交流,就算和别人说话也时不时用手捂着嘴。 “口臭”的问题困扰了小张两年多,他的生活、工作和人际交往都受到了影响。

口不臭,是心病

两年来,小张为了治“口臭”跑过很多医院,去做了不少检查,结果都显示没问题,可他就是觉得自己有“口臭”,不管做什么都畏手畏脚,担心呛到别人。在家人的反复劝说下,小张才答应到东南大学附属中大医院心理门诊去看看。当听说小张是来看“口臭”的,坐诊的张玲俐医生很惊讶,不过在之后的交谈中得知小张平时特别容易紧张,压力大的时候会觉得“口臭”更加严重,咽部还有明显的阻塞感。经相关的心理评估后,医生发现小张的焦虑明显高于正常水平,并伴有抑郁情绪,“口臭”其实是焦虑引起的心病。

长期过分担心当心焦虑症

中大医院心理精神科主任袁勇贵指出,生活中很多人都有过焦虑情绪,比如担心工作业绩、担心孩子能否考上重点大学等,但是一般人都能自行调整过来,过一阵子就好了。如果你整日提心吊胆、紧张不安,也不知为了什么,或者为了一些生活的小事过分担心,并且持续很长时间,影响到了正常的生活、工作,就要当心是焦虑症了。除了心里的焦虑,焦虑症还会引起一些身体的反应,如心慌、心跳加速、胸闷、气急、头晕、多汗、面部潮红或苍白、口干、咽部梗阻感、胃部不适、恶心、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、尿频等。专家建议最好找心理医生咨询,看看是否需要药物治疗配合心理治疗,平时可以通过运动、听音乐和呼吸放松等方式来排解焦虑。
