面粉-4 杯,水-2 杯,酵母粉-2 tsp,盐-2 tsp,糖-2 tsp

Combine together. Let it rise for 12 to 18 hours.
Put the dough on a well floured surface. Lightly shape it into a ball, put it on a parchment paper. Sit for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven and Dutch iron pan to 400. Lift the dough into the iron pan.
Bake with lid for 30 minutes.
Open the lid, and bake another 10 minutes for soft top or 20 minutes for hard top.
