摊煎饼 柔软而有韧性 卷菜也不会破

这个是我家里的家常饭，隔三差五就吃一次。卷的菜也各种各样，有时土豆丝，有时鸡丝豆芽，反正是想吃什么卷什么，比较随意。煎饼卷菜都会配个蒜水蘸着吃，或浇在上面。
