Mountains' Emotions

As stern as it looks
trees, flowers, bushes, little animals are all supported
silently by its core
Flowers could be picked
Trees could be cut
Bushes could be trimmed
Animals could be hunted
It never has any say
It could pour a mud slide
It could ride the flash flood
It could erupt if the volcano is in its heart
The closest gets hurt most
