《彬彬有院》之冰皮月饼，简单易操作，零失败的方子

又快到一年中秋季了，今年的中秋节是9月24，我们先把月饼操练起来。

今天先来做一款简单容易操作的冰皮月饼，皮子我做了两种不同的，一种是抹茶粉的，另外一种是原味儿的；馅料我也用了两种，黑芝麻的和红豆的；你可以换成你喜欢的其他馅料，做法是一样的。

材料： 1. 糯米粉 45克 2. 粘米粉 35克（大米粉） 3. 小麦淀粉 20克（澄面） 4. 植物油 15毫升 5. 牛奶 185毫升 6. 糖粉 30克 7. 红豆沙/黑芝麻馅各125克 8. 抹茶粉 4克

  1. In the extension bar, click on the UltraBlock icon
  2. Check the "Disable UltraBlock" checkbox
  1. Please disable your Ad Blocker
  2. Disable any DNS blocking tools such as AdGuardDNS or NextDNS
