吃了两天饺子和烧卖，家里的食肉动物不干了，嫌油水不够。今天炒一锅大片的肥肉加加油鬼脸

不敢说是正宗回锅肉，入乡随俗，只能有啥用啥，就算是家常回锅肉吧。

炒回锅肉，通常是用蒜苗，但是在加拿大的冬天，很难买到，蒜苔倒是在中国超市有卖的，所以，就用蒜苔炒回锅肉了，味道也不错喔，香辣开胃，一碗饭不够啦！
