坏了一个Philips par20 led 灯泡 大概一共买了30来个, 这样的灯泡有5years limited warranty 标称10年寿命, 不到一年, 用的也不多, 坏了一个. 拆了包装, 装上后, 亮了, 包装全扔了, 发票(其实还有已经Archive, 懒得折腾 ) 也没有,显然没法回homedepot 了, 干脆找找Philips对此有什么政策, 或许通过序列号可以判断产品出厂日期, 搜了一下还真有warranty 页面, 里面还有好几个链接, 关于不同产品的保修条例, 找到 linghting 中与lamp 有关保修 terms and condition共 4页, 还就着咖啡读了起来, 这种文字很多人都觉着烦. 我对这种文字已经比较习惯了,(各种code, 合同, 保险, 保修等等) 甚至自己也胡诌过两篇, 不过阿紫读肯定就是一阵breeze

拿着发票去homedepot肯定没二话, 得了,没包装没发票就等于没warranty, 瞅瞅那条款, 连God都能被癞上了 , power surge是有可能的, 还好其它绝大多数灯泡都幸存.
发现还有online warranty claim 表, 点击链接不是已经被removed 就是404 nou found.
嗯, 还有售后服务电话, 打电话过去, 客服人员有点不知所措, 显然没有准备好还有个人用户为了一个灯泡保修打电话说给我转到保修部门, 转过去过后就开始没完没了的问候信息, 最终也没等到活人接电话, 自己挂断了.
我心想就是有人接电话也不会有结果, 购买日期发票都没有, 虽然使用时间短但因power surge损坏是有可能的.
最后的结论是: 我就是吃饱了撑的, 一个灯泡9块钱, 又读保修条例又打电话, 以上文字都是扯蛋.
