奇虎贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA、GA、WA)
SUMMARY:今天(3月22日星期五)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比大幅变好!今天短期债券回报率超过长期债券的回报率,这意味着市场对经济前景的不看好,反应到了债券价格上。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定降至4%, 15年固定降为3.5%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率为3.875%,15年固定为3.25%,5/1 ARM为3.625%。
