摘了一点薄荷叶,做了一个薄荷三文鱼香煎,味道很不错。
原材料:orange mint,三文鱼,蛋黄酱,盐,黑胡椒,植物油
做法:
1 三文鱼改刀切小块,平底锅放少许油,烧热,三文鱼入锅煎。
2 薄荷切碎,加蛋黄酱拌匀
3 三文鱼底面煎至微黄时翻面,加蛋黄薄荷酱抹匀,洒上黑胡椒粉和盐,煎至熟即可食用。
