Off day? 'acceptance'=today's word

05/19,Tuesday,75min Hot Yoga Core,7:00am Online Zoom Yoga;+45 min Yoga Flow.

Before 7:00am, I was busy in the kichen making red cabbage salad. So got started at 7:00 am, but not well prepared. I had to set up the a little heater and yoga mat. So it was off to start with. During the beginning poses, I was very off too. Then I thought "it is okay to have an off day,just like the meditation teachers said it is important how you relate to it." So I relaxed and did whatever was available to my body and mind. It finished well.

Also recognized some other thoughts/feelings: embarrassment,doubt,fear,etc,and that is okey. Greet them, acknowledge them/honor them, and let them go.

If I am not attahced to it, my mind will not be agitated ,and I will experience great peace.

It is a practice. I need to be kind and patient to myself.
