SUMMARY:今天(6月3日星期三)美股市继续上涨,导致房贷利率价格和昨天相比继续变差,但幅度不大。目前加州重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍能勉强做到3.000%的低点,15年固定仍为2.75%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为2.875%,15年为2.625%。
如果你想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后就耐心等待,等到利率满意的时候再下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
