从菜园到餐桌的扁豆角焖面 [图文+视频]

自己家园子里长得最好的，前段时间算是这个扁豆角了，现在是小西红柿

把面条先煮一下，捞起来拌点油防粘

锅里放油炒香蒜片，加入肉片，变色后，

放1大勺老抽，1大勺酱油，1大勺耗油，1/2小勺糖

放入豆子，加适量的水一起煮，然后放入面条，然后就成这样子：））
