食材:鸡腿7个,葱,姜,料酒,少许盐煮15-20分钟。
香料油食材:八角2粒,香叶1整片,花椒1TBSP,小茴香1.5TBSP
料汁:姜末,蒜末,小米椒(1-2个),盐,醋,生抽,白胡椒粉,糖
划重点:

二:煎香料油要用中小火,油温达到160摄氏度就行了,以免香料炸糊,出苦味儿。
