这样的感恩节不是第一次了。
今年在饭桌上才捋清楚，去年就是我们三个在家过的。前年，我在北京陪妈妈，他们父女和Deb在家过的。大前年，应该是我们三个在芝加哥？再以前的，就更记不清了。。我们都在Andrew 家过，Rick还在？还有一年，我们都在马里兰的饭店过的？在老大的租房里过，那时她刚从海外回来还是出发之前？
这些年来，我们操办的，老大经手的，老二主持的火鸡大餐，各有特色。我们的更传统，她们的更有新意。不曾想这一年一次的火鸡餐，不管谁操持，风格如何，也不管人多人少，在家在外，都已经在记忆中沉淀为滋润人心的温馨，陪我们度过漫漫冬夜，令我们翘首期盼下一个金秋。。
在我的要求下，提前收到了一份圣诞礼物。A Promised Land。
