菜园子新鲜的苦瓜绿的像是要冒油一样，这是第一次种苦瓜，以前只吃过从中国店里买来的苦瓜，干扁黄腊的样子，自家种的真是太好吃了。

主料：
苦瓜 （从菜园子里刚摘来的，用了半根。）/ 红辣椒

调料：
酱油 / 麻油 / 盐 / 素蠔油 / 桂林风味辣椒酱 / 镇江香醋
