【私房蛋糕系列】迷你芝士蛋糕，小巧可爱，滑润细腻，祝福大家新年好！（图文+视频）

简单美味的迷你芝士蛋糕，有着细腻润滑的奶酪层和酥脆的底部饼干层，非常方便带去聚会上！吃一个两个的不会觉得有负罪感：）

今年因为疫情不能聚会了，还是做了一些送给朋友们。希望它小巧可爱靓丽的外形，给大家带去一份喜悦！

 

1. 准备饼干层，所需材料 120克消化饼干和60克融化的黄油，饼干打碎后与黄油搅拌均匀， 均匀装入12个玛芬纸杯中，压实。

2.  准备奶酪层，所需材料：400克奶油奶酪，室温 ； ½杯/85克糖 ； 2个鸡蛋，室温 ； 1茶匙香草精；1汤匙柠檬汁； 1 ½ 汤匙/20克普通面粉； ? 杯 /180克酸奶油，室温 。将所有材料搅打至顺滑。

3. 均匀加入到饼干层纸杯中，进入预热好的烤箱170摄氏度烤15分钟左右。

4. 烤好后放凉至室温，然后在冰箱冷藏过夜或者4小时以上。

5. 然后取出小蛋糕，加上自己喜欢的水果、果酱或者奶油就可以享用了。
