Today is New Year's Day! It's time to have new year resolution: lose 15 pounds this year!

1. Walk 5000 steps per day at least 5 days in a week;

2. Stop eating after 70-80% full;

3. Monitor retirement account daily

4. Practice yoga per Sunday;

5. Read a book per month;

5. Buy clothes only when NEEDED

6. Check WeChat three times per day only
