迎接春天

翻了翻微信，感觉每年二月底三月初是我从吃吃喝喝状态中苏醒，开始健身减肥的时候。

昨天去游了去年三月以来的第三次泳。 速度比不上去年，耐力还差不多，从三月开始要恢复规律性游泳了。

闪张我姐，五十六岁了。我们姐俩微信里比着游。她比我高，曾经游的比我快，哈哈。父亲教会我们姊妹几个游泳，我们都是一游几十年不间断。 

 昨天看我父亲的老领导给他写的信，才知道我父亲二十出头在哈尔滨工作时，不愿等通勤车，每天在零下十几二十度的气温下跑步半小时去上班。 老父亲喜欢运动，喜欢园艺，这些爱好都不知不觉传给了我们姐妹仨，一生的财富。 

比较了一下我的RESTING HEART RATE， 勉强混进运动员级别，哈哈， 得意。 

今年给自己立的旗子是不买新衣物， 继续把二十年前的衣服穿好了。 不买新衣物暂时做到了，还要把身子骨练一练才能把旧衣服穿得漂亮。 几年前买的这身基本没穿过，今天看到照片才想起来，天气暖和了翻出来穿穿。
