我記得幾年前去過加州的一家甜品店，裡面的這款草莓奶酪蛋糕，十分的搶眼，粉紅色，帶著草莓香味，濃厚的奶酪入口即化，今天把食譜分享給大家，有興趣的可以試試看

蛋糕所需要的食材有：

Strawberry puree 75g 草莓果泥

Eggs 5颗 鸡蛋

Sugar 60g 糖

Butter 30g 黄油

Cream Cheese 145g 乳酪

Cake flour 40g 低筋面粉

Corn starch 15g 玉米淀粉

Food coloring 2 滴 红色可食用色素
