最近爱上了做开花的发糕，红糖发糕尤其喜欢。我试验了好多个方子，终于有了一个非常好吃的，而且个个开花的红糖发糕的做法，果然苍天不负有心人。我也试验过用泡打粉做的，开花很完美，但是味道我不喜欢，有苦涩的泡打粉的味道。这个方子没有用泡打粉，但是个个开花，我把小窍门分享给大家，希望你们喜欢。多多的点赞订阅哈，谢谢大家的支持！！

原料：粘米粉160g，低筋面粉80g，红糖80g，酵母6g，温水240g，葡萄干50g。

步骤：1.首先用温水化开红糖，然后加入粘米粉，低粉，酵母，拌匀。2.拌入葡萄干。3.在温暖的地方发酵到两倍大。4.搅拌。5.倒入杯子模具中。6.大火蒸即可。
