上次看了秋季厨房的那个巧克力旋风卷，一直念念不忘，真是好看啊

今天终于来交作业了，我改了配方，做成了抹茶味

清新的色泽，清晰的花纹，清爽的口感，

自带美颜，让人一见钟情

 

 

配料：（烤盘尺寸 32x24cm)
鸡蛋 5个 
植物油  50克
牛奶  55克
低筋面粉 50克
糖 55克
抹茶粉 8克
热水 25克

170C/340F，烤箱中层，上下火烤17分钟 

 

抹茶蛋糕很多时候表皮发黄不够美貌，我做的是去除表皮的毛巾卷，烤制时间较短
如果要做光面，请延长烤制时间把表面烤透
我给出的温度是烤箱内实际测量的温度，请根据自家烤箱做适当调整
