家里苹果买多了，吃不完，刚好用来做全麦苹果玛芬，以全麦面粉搭配苹果丁，肉桂做出这个健康美味的玛芬，不仅做法简单，吃起来也相当好吃。适合当成早餐，也适合当午茶点心，而且做法非常简单，不用分蛋，不打发，搅一搅拌一拌，做出好吃又健康的玛芬，感兴趣的朋友可以试一试。
