材料
酥脆曲奇 无盐黄油 150g 白砂糖50g 鸡蛋 1 pcs 50g 低筋面粉200g 奶粉60g
蛋挞液 蛋黄1个 牛奶50g 白砂糖 10g

180 度中层 烤~22分钟到上色

采用发酵黄油做曲奇饼干会更加好吃。
如果来不及软化黄油， 可以把黄油切小块，微波5秒5秒的方式加热到软化即可。
打发黄油的过程中时不时要停下来刮一下盆壁的黄油到中心继续搅打保证黄油打发均匀。
鸡蛋分2~3次加入。搅打到吸收之后再加入余下的。
曲奇受热膨胀，中间的小洞会变大。所以多出来的蛋液可以中途烤到一半的时候拿出添加蛋液到满再回炉烘烤。
