最近很火的鱿鱼游戏带红了韩国椪糖，名字跟去年的400次咖啡一样，叫dalgona

电视剧我没看，只看了油管上45分钟的梗概，感觉挺血腥的，不过这个像饼干的椪糖还蛮好玩的

 

试了一下，挺容易做的，但是不太好抠出完整的

配料：15克糖，一点点小苏打

小苏打的量决定了椪糖的膨松度，不同的量做出来的口感不一样
