怎样把超市买的冰冻鸡烹调入味好吃 ？

今天分享一道简单的云南美食——熏鸡，这道菜为我家圣诞节的餐桌增添了美味。太好吃了 ！

熏鸡的主要食材： 冰冻鸡（提前2天在冰箱冷藏室解冻 ），有新鲜鸡更好； 生姜、盐、蜂蜜、酱油、卤粉（我这里是自制的卤粉，最好是云南通海的卤粉 ）适量 熏烤料：花椒叶、白糖、柏枝叶
