休息了一个冬天 自从一月份开始坚持每天练习瑜伽拉伸动作,把膝盖疼痛问题解决了 竟然可以绕着小区一口气跑下来 膝盖疼痛可以忍受着 体能明显提升了 

天天练习瑜伽拉伸冥想的效果 竟然远远超过其它项目  静中积聚力量
