各种蔬菜配猪肉:dill莳萝最好吃,茴香,香菜,

 

1 pound ground pork, 95% lean, New York Style Sausage Co.

3/4 cup of rice, 1 pack of fresh dill.

Rinse rice, soak it for 1/2 hour or overnight in the fridge.

 

Add these to the pork:

0.7 tbsp soy sauce

0.7 tbsp oyster sauce 草菇蚝油

0.7 tbsp sugar

0.7 tsp sesame oil

0.7 tbsp olive oil

0.7 tbsp Chinese cooking wine 中国料酒 or mirin or white wine 

 

Add in Finely chopped herb or vegetables.

spread the rice on a plate, add cumin seeds (optional), mix well.

Use a tbsp to scoop the ground pork on the rice.

Steam the pork and rice for 13-14 mins.

 

Yield 18-19 meatballs without vegetables 

Yield 30 meatballs with vegetables 

every 4 pure meatballs have 30 grams of protein 

Put 6 meatballs in one freezer container.

3 meatballs have 22.5 grams of protein.
