我不吃红肉。

Carbohydrates

1.      Quinoa

2.      Purple Sweet Potato


3.      Steel Cut Oats

4.      Brown Basmati Rice

5.      Barley

6.      Dave’s and Killer 21 Whole Grains and Seeds

低碳饮食是关键  


Fat

1.      Oliva Oil

2.      Avocado

3.      Nuts

 Fiber:


1. Chia seeds

2. Flaxseeds

3. Psylliium Husk

4 .Hemp

5. Wheat Bran


6. Oat Bran

7. Rice Bran

Vegetables:

All kinds of vegetables. At least one serve each day. I usually have 2 serves every day.
