竦竦桦林秋 瞳瞳千目对
苍天眼四周 君子心三畏
无愧便无忧 有为常有悔
谁闻石点头 了法玄真未
石点头：书名，取义于【晋】生公和尚“顽石点头，推因及果，劝人作善”之意。
了法：佛教语，谓领悟法理。【宋】王安石《望江南·归依三宝赞/其二》“愿我六根常寂静，心如宝镜映琉璃，了法更无疑。”
以上五律，原押平韵(见下)，上下联对换而成仄韵。仄韵似乎更顺 ——
瞳瞳千目对 竦竦桦林秋
君子心三畏 苍天眼四周
有为常有悔 无愧便无忧
了法玄真未 谁闻石点头
I go among trees and sit still
All my stirring becomes quiet
Around me like circles on water
My tasks lie in their places
Where I left them, asleep like cattle
Then what is afraid of me comes
And lives for a while in my sight
What it fears in me leaves me
and the fear of me leaves it.
It sings, and I hear its song.
Then what I am afraid of comes.
I live for a while in its sight.
What I fear in it leaves it,
And the fear of it leaves me
It sings and I hear its song
After days of labor
Mute in my consternations
I hear my song at last
And I sing it. As we sing
