
饼是半烫面,前两天做肉饼剩的面。擀开以后,一些盐,油,油上撒点干面粉,花椒碎。
花椒碎是以前做麻婆豆腐时烤的花椒碾碎的,烙饼给它都用了。

烙的时候两面各一小勺油。
