A、伤患复发版 一说李小龙是个武痴，而且特别在少年时与人决战无数，因此不少人联想到他可能积下伤患，特别是头部，他最后是因为脑出现问题致死的。 还有部分说法出自于一些习武之士口中，认为李小龙不跟随传统教导，过分着急而练坏了身体。还有的说他练法不得当，导致血脉失调。 B、练功过度版 来自武术界的说法是：练功过度，或练功不得法，同样会损害身体甚至导致暴毙。有说他为了提升自己的武艺，过分辛劳导致最终无法负荷，并且在最后的几年，他在成名的压力下，心里负担也很重。双重的压力使他几近崩溃。 C、滥用药物版 据当时的检验报告显示：李小龙体内有大麻留下的物质，最后几年他精神渐渐陷于失常状态，无法通过心理调节解脱自己，加之他成名太快，操劳过度，体力精力常有不支之感，不得不依赖兴奋剂。 但是以法庭的审查资料来看，并未将其列为致命的因素，只是与后来女友丁佩给他服用的止痛药可能产生过敏有关，这也是当时医学上所能理解的唯一可能性。 D、病发版 李小龙原本就有心脏病和脑病。在洛杉矶进行全身检查，被初诊为“脑部有问题”的李小龙拒绝对脑部的检查。再由于他死前2个月一度在公司昏倒，所以据推断脑病与其死亡情况直接相关。 E、暗杀版 其理由是，李小龙得罪过许多人，他在美国就多多得罪武林中人，多次遭人暗算险些丧命。他到香港后与武林中人关系之恶，有过之而无不及。因此，李小龙在港再遭人暗算，令此说法平增了七分可信度。 F、迷信版 一说李小龙与所居住地名相冲，最后居住的地方在香港九龙半岛九龙塘，九龙把小龙困在了塘里。又有人说是李小龙遗作《死亡游戏》名字不吉祥。 以上说法千奇百怪，有的是危言耸听，有的有一定的道理，但拿不出确凿证据，甚至连怀疑线索也提供不了，不足以令人信服。那么，李小龙真正的死因是什么？事情的经过又是怎样的呢？ 经过警方的周密调查和分析后，李小龙的死因终于真相大白： 7月20日下午约十一点钟，邹文怀来到李小龙的家，两人讨论了《死亡游戏》的剧本后，随即一同前往李小龙女友丁佩家，他们又一起前往一家餐馆进餐然后他们回到了丁佩家中，但到了丁佩家后，小龙感到一阵头痛，于是，丁佩便给他几片阿斯匹林消除头痛，服药后，小龙便躺下休息。到了晚上10时左右，邹文怀还有事要与李小龙商量，便推叫李小龙，但小龙一点反应也没有，邹文怀感到情况不妙，便马上打电话叫医生，但一切都已太晚了，李小龙因自己早已患有脑肿瘤，并由于服用阿斯匹林而引起药物过敏，导致他突然脑死亡。李小龙终因重病折磨而变成了人们口中的“狂龙”，所幸的是李小龙最后能在毫无痛苦中死去。 |
