周慧敏的水彩画老师沈平,原来是香港画 家... 周慧敏是家中的独女，最大爱好是绘画，从小性格内向的她，绘画成了惟一的爱好。她的绘画是无师自通的，在轻松自由的情况下画出很好的作品。自从淡出娱乐圈后，她近年更是醉心于钻研画功，作品大获好评。去年她画的一幅以《新疆老翁》为名的作品，荣获香港"视艺新纪元奖"。其后又凭作品《望过去，看将来》入围香港首届"中国水彩人物画展"。

Vivian三幅新作《寻梦》、《后巷》及《荡漾》在“油尖旺风情-香港水彩画展”中展出，放于剪彩位置旁，可见作品相当受重视。
在画坛创出一番成绩的Vivian，其实Vivian在娱乐圈时已是才女一名，喜欢写作，淡出后转向绘画兴趣发展。Vivian的绘画老师沈平出席画展被问到对徒弟的画功评价，说Vivian画得很好，作品风格喜欢写实主义，用色够沉稳、成熟；他将要画的景物影下，将相给Vivian画。由于知道要参加画展，所以Vivian很认真画，当中他最喜欢《寻梦》，难度最高。问到Vivian何时可以开画展，沈平表示暂时作品较少，起码要三、四十幅。
