2007年8月14日，台北，全球城市小姐台湾区总决赛，冠军在13日晚间出炉，曾经获得华裔小姐第一名的沈璀庭，打败41位佳丽脱颖而出，夺下后冠。
沈璀庭今年城市小姐第一名，172公分，高挑匀称的身材，无论是泳装性感得刚刚好，她是美国加州大学分校大众传播系的应届毕业生。优雅中带点甜美，22岁顶着美国圣地亚哥大学高学历，一路过关斩将，在41位决选佳丽中打败众家美女夺下后冠。
沈璀庭表示，“非常的高兴这样来回飞来飞去，其实很辛苦，但是这样一切的辛苦都是值得的。”甜美的笑容，配上傲人身材，还曾是华裔小姐第一名，这次一举夺下后冠、网络票选人气奖及最佳晚礼服造型三项大奖，开心写在脸上，不过最想做的事，竟然是马上到夜市去大吃一顿。
为了选美，两个月硬是减了6公斤，如今后冠加持成为最耀眼的明日之星，终于能好好犒赏自己，饱餐一顿。
