Secretary Blinken is on a mission to China. He will deliver an ultimatum to the Chinese dictator Xi Jinping. If China does not stop providing assistance to Putin's invasion, and continues to dump its industrial overcapacity overseas, the US will cut China off of the SWIFT system, and levy hefty duties on the Chinese imports.
It will be short of declaration of economic war on China. As such, the US is not expecting any courtesy from China, nor does it care.
