First, thanks for daddy’s support, I had tons of fun playing a volleyball tournament yesterday. Speaking of which, I just can not help but mention that I had the luck of playing against Mr. 姜申生, the former assistant coach of 袁伟民 of the famous Chinese National Women’s volleyball team. At the age of 56, his performance is by no means inferior to those players on the court who were in their twenties or thirties. It was just amazing to watch him play.

Okay, back to the topic.  After I got home at 9PM/>, daddy told me that Olivia had spent almost entire afternoon at the emergency room.  At lunch time, she threw up badly after she tried a bite of Evan’s Chocolate mint ice cream at the restaurant. She developed red rashes all over her face and complained about throat and tummy pain. Fearing that she might have taken in some peanut by accident, daddy immediately took her and Evan to the ER. The doctor did not think it was peanut allergy reaction but rather an episode of stomach virus. She was let rest and actually went to sleep in the ER.

After she woke up, daddy asked how she felt. She said she felt better. Then she said to daddy: “Daddy, you know, you can go to the gift shop to buy a gift for the person who is sick.” “But I thought you just said you felt better.” “Well, I still feel a little sick.”

Now I know why right after I came back, she went sit on my lap and told me that she had thrown up, her throat and tummy hurt but still she did not get a present. Poor girl!
