Phase 2: Body shape for my jeans

Cleaning out my closet the other day, I found I have 9 Jeans, brand new, the mark even on the waist area.

I got a lot of people's encouragement, especially my team member Didi.
Here I had to thank her careness and friendship.
She is just fabulos!

I deleted many of my blogs, becasue too many duplicates,( most often they are my diet logs.)
I only leave the one I really like.

My Phase 1 is lose weight : from 140 LB to 126LB.  I think I lose enough weight.
My friends and co-worker all said that I lose weight. I am not really sure..
because I can only wear 2 out of my old 9 jeans.
So as long as I can maintain the weight below 126 LB. I should be fine.
The school is starting.

My Phase 2: lose belly fat and tight fat started next week.  ( 2 month from today)
lunch: walk 30 min, evening :  stretch 1hour  focus on lower abs and thighs
diet is similar to before .
Onece week, I will get one treat forjunk food of my choice at Sunday lunch for rewarding me going to the Church.
( rule: every treat must eaten in the shop, every week must be differnt. No take home junk!)
away from the friends who love to eat and do not love to move.)
Also away free food..

belly: 80 cm.   ==> I think this is the major reason I cannot fit into rest of my jeans.
