将西兰花菜梗削去皮,胡萝卜去皮切丁;
再将菜梗切丁,葱白切末;
锅内放稍多的油,先放入胡萝卜并加入少许的盐翻炒片刻,使胡萝卜入味;
加入菜梗丁和葱末翻炒,视咸淡加入适量的盐即可出锅,喜辣可放入辣椒粉:

试验总结:简单,送饭的一道口味小菜。自我觉得加入肉糜味道会更好,如果喜欢吃辣的可将辣椒粉换成老干妈风味豆豉,口味更足。
