日式奶油红豆面包制做过程[图组]

一直很喜欢做甜食,面包, 也想跟大家一起分享自己做面包的乐趣.
学做面包,其实不只带来乐趣, 也带来了成就感, 每当家人吃到我做出的新鲜面包,
一口咬下去发出赞叹的那一瞬间, 我相信你一定也会和我一样, 沉浸在幸福的满
足感之中.

材料A:高筋面粉230克, 低筋面粉100克, 糖65克, 盐3克, 孝母3克, 奶粉10克, 蜂蜜10克, 全蛋一个, 温水170克.

材料B: 鲜奶油适量, 颗粒红豆沙适量.

我用面包机发面, 把所有A料放进面包机, 孝母与水最先放.面发好后拿出放气揉成团.

因为我只用了所有材料的一半, 所以我只做八个面包, 把面分成八份.

第二次发孝三十分钟, 变大.

上面涮上蛋液撒上芝麻放入已预热好的烤箱, 350F 15分钟.

把鲜奶油打发, 待面包完全晾后用挤花嘴把奶油从底部挤进去.
切开来看看成品.
