...sighted career choices among Chinese Americans, I wonder how well they can do the 50 percent job of guidence for ABC.
The sheeple mentality at US high schools/colleges has already produced an unbelieveable level of the foolishness for the other 50 percent influence from the herd since the late '90s. "Again, "When everyone thinks alike, nobody has been thinking." :-)
I wish I were wrong, and pls don't take it personally.
I do agree the decision is theirs. I only convince them: 1. this decision-making demands a serious study and thinking of a few Great Ideas; and 2. Dad is available to discuss with them if they couldn't find any better persons. My approach is based on my belief that this decision-making itself is a wonderful learning experience willing&able kids shouldn't miss.
