我刚来美国跟我伯母住在一起,她是越南人在泰国长大. 她教我做这道菜,我吃完后真以为我是越南人投胎呢,我真的吃不厌.

这道菜关键在这个沾酱 - 甜酸辣沾酱,这个酱其实用料很简单,关键在比例上要恰到好处, 我今天这个就很成功:

4 lime, I got 1/2 cup of juice, so I added 1/2 cup of fish sauce (use this brand, it's the best), 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of sugar, garlic and Thai Chili, any amount to your liking. I like it hot, but since my kids are using the same sauce, so I hold it back a little.

我认为一定要用锺子来碾大蒜和辣椒,就是不一样.

香菜,生菜,紫苏,薄荷,九层塔,豆芽,黄瓜--不同的香叶也可以

越南细米粉泡开水,沥干,
虾过开水烫熟,冰水泡上留用
猪扎肉(有皮的),
红白罗卜刨丝用盐腌后挤水,加白糖和白醋(1:1)腌好

当晚饭,今天减肥啦.

生菜切丝垫底,铺桂林米粉,扎肉,黄瓜切丝,豆芽,香叶切碎,放红白罗卜,浇上沾酱,又是一盘.
