美式罐焖鸡

想做罐闷牛肉,怕炖时间太久,来一个懒人的东西.

材料:

熟鸡肉2LB--我这次用了罐头的,有时买店里烤好的,有时直接用鸡肉放里炒熟.



Pie crust- 买的现成的

洋葱,西芹,胡罗卜切丁,大蒜切碎

牛油半条--4TBS

鲜奶油- 1/4 C

Dry Sherry - 1/4 C (白酒)


面粉--1/2 C

鸡汤--半罐7oz

青豆 - 1 C

Bay Leave 3 片--香叶

黑胡椒


中火把牛油放锅烧化,加洋葱,西芹,胡罗卜,大蒜炒软,加面粉炒断生,加酒,鸡汤,鲜奶油,加香叶,鸡,煮熟,加青豆,胡椒,倒进烤盘,盖上面皮,烤箱预热425F,烤20分钟,取出等待15分钟吃.
