西红柿大丰收后的保存方法

菜园在老爸的辛勤耕种中茁壮成长,今年又是个丰收年!

所有种的蔬菜都长势喜人,西红柿做了西红柿炒鸡蛋,salsa,送人,还剩下许多。我查网,又问人,最后做了西红柿酱和速冻西红柿。

(1)。西红柿酱

把西红柿切成小块,盛在瓶子里蒸半小时,放凉,马上盖盖子,密封保存在阴凉处。

做了五瓶,左边是黄西红柿

西红柿酱做炸酱面好。

(2)速冻西红柿

将西红柿切成大拇指大小的块,放在baking sheet上,放入冰箱中冷冻。

12小时后,取出,掰成手大小的冻块,

放袋里,再放回冰箱冷冻箱。每次吃时,取出一小块。这是十多斤西红柿。

速冻西红柿的优点是西红柿还是块状,炒菜,做汤,和新鲜西红柿一样,还有嚼头。

做速冻西红柿时会有一些化的西红柿汤,不要倒入袋里,不然,要冻成大冻快,吃时难分成份。

(3) 小的,汁少的西红柿可凉干 (Sun dry tomotoes)
